Certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) 2025–2026 **Responsibilities and duties** Manage projects according to the physical\-financial schedule, ensuring deliverable quality, adherence to deadlines, and project profitability. * Manage client/project administration, preparing internal documentation for project initiation, monitoring fee billing, and handling project closure per firm policies. * Identify project opportunities by understanding challenges and supporting leadership in preparing technical/commercial proposals. * Lead projects with clients, conducting meetings and presentations, resolving issues related to timelines, work quality, and resources, among others. * Conduct and actively participate in meetings with responsible parties across various departments of client companies to execute projects. * Direct and validate matters related to deliverables under supervision, including methodologies, work plans, templates, reports, and logistics agreed upon with the client. * Develop high-performing people and teams through meaningful opportunities. * Deliver high-quality services to clients, maximizing results and driving people’s performance. * Positively impact clients, teams, and individuals by leading through example.
