We seek a professional with an analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile, who can easily handle multiple demands, pay attention to detail, and communicate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment offering professional development opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Activities:** * Analyze customer consumption and forecasts to support demand planning; * Enter and update orders and schedules in the system; * Monitor the order portfolio, ensuring deadlines and identifying potential risks; * Conduct follow\-up with internal departments (Logistics, Finance, and Sales); * Support the sales team in order entry and resolving requests; * Update customer records and commercial information; * Ensure data accuracy in the system; * Serve customers, seeking quick and effective solutions; * Generate picking lists and support the shipping process; * Support export processes and document dispatch; * Notify customers of shipments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience in administrative, commercial, or customer service roles; * Experience in order management, sales scheduling, or operational routines; * Experience with systems and/or order entry; * Exposure to logistics or export processes will be considered a plus; * Experience interfacing with multiple departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Comfort with digital systems and tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. **Skills:** * Analytical ability; * Attention to detail; * Communication skills (verbal and written); * Organizational and priority management skills; * Teamwork and collaboration skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Customer focus; * Proactivity and problem-solving skills. **Additional Information** * Salary: Market-competitive; * Benefits: Meal allowance, on-site cafeteria, transportation allowance, medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and Total Pass; * Work modality: On-site; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break.
