We expanded from the Northeast to the Southeast, South, and Central-West regions, developing solutions tailored to diverse customer profiles — from tourists and app drivers to family travelers and corporate fleets. \#FocoIsAboutUniting #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Audit operational processes related to vehicle pickup, return, and contract closure; * Validate completion of checklists, odometer readings, and system records; * Monitor discrepancies between telematics data and contractual information; * Identify operational failures impacting revenue, excess-kilometer billing, and process compliance; * Conduct analyses and follow-up on contracts exhibiting operational inconsistencies; * Prepare operational audit reports and performance indicators; * Support implementation of action plans aimed at reducing financial losses; * Collaborate with branches and operations teams to correct deviations and strengthen operational culture; * Ensure adherence to internal procedures for vehicle inspection, delivery, and return; * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and internal controls. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Experience in operational auditing, internal controls, or process analysis; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across departments; * Organizational skills and critical thinking; #### **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Experience in car rental, mobility, or retail sectors; * Knowledge of telematics and operational KPI analysis; * Experience in contract auditing, billing, or revenue recovery; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Experience in continuous improvement and process standardization; * Ownership of a personal vehicle; * Willingness to travel; #### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary \+ Variable bonus based on goal achievement; * Transportation allowance (with 6% deduction, per CLT regulations); * Meal/food allowance of R$ \[VALOR] (DEDUCTION INFORMATION) via Swile Flex; * Bradesco Health Plan (Ward or Private Room, starting at R$ 516.21; 100% employee-funded if opted); * R$ 200.00 bonus (via Swile) under the “Refer a Talent” program, granted when the referred candidate is hired (per current policy); * SEST/SENAT partnership for free dental, physiotherapy, psychological, and nutritional care (subject to availability); * Totalpass (starting at R$ 39.90, if opted); * Dental plan (starting at R$ 13.79, if opted); * *Birthday Day Off*; * Corporate University (Unifoco); * Additional benefits (depending on location). #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * To be defined
