Job Summary:
Professional to work in Corporate Education, developing and coordinating training programs, structuring learning paths, and creating instructional materials.

**Key Responsibilities**
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with leadership;
Develop and coordinate in-person, online, and hybrid training programs;
Structure learning paths by role or competency;
Create and organize instructional learning materials for in-person, online, and hybrid formats;
Research and implement digital content and technologies for corporate learning;
Establish and monitor corporate education KPIs, and propose improvements;
Ensure an engaging and effective learning experience;
Support performance evaluation cycles;
Assist managers in developing and tracking Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
**Requirements and Skills**
Experience in Corporate Education or DHO;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in Content Development;
Experience as an Instructional Designer;
LMS platform and Corporate University management;
Experience using AI applied to learning is desirable;
Knowledge of performance evaluation and people development;
Management of corporate education KPIs;
Ability to translate business objectives into learning paths.
**Work Schedule:**
Hybrid work model (3 days on-site);
Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
