




**About the vacancy** We are looking for a Junior Support Analyst to join oáz’s technology team. The professional will be responsible for providing technical support to internal customers and oáz network stores. It will be necessary to understand the needs of internal customers and stores in order to translate these requirements into fixes or improvements. Work arrangement: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to external and internal users, resolving hardware and software issues; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, and/or other peripherals; * Install, configure, and maintain the Windows operating system; * Support and configure the Office 365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Maintain network equipment, Wi-Fi antennas, cameras, printers, etc.; * Keep hardware and software inventory up to date; * Assist in user and permission management within systems; * Document technical procedures and solutions; * Support implementation and maintenance of ERP and PDV Microvix systems; * Respond to incident tickets and service requests from internal customers and stores; * Provide weekend and holiday support to stores on a rotating on-call schedule. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in technology-related fields; * Proven experience in hardware and software technical support; * Knowledge of the Windows operating system; * Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 suite; * Familiarity with maintenance of cameras, DVRs, printers, Wi-Fi routers, and other technology equipment is desirable; * Basic understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Knowledge of Linx (ERP and PDV Microvix) is desirable; * Prior experience in fashion retail is desirable; * Availability for travel and for working on weekends and holidays (occasionally).
