Interpretation and execution of electrical projects **Job Description:** Responsible for leading and supervising teams in industrial electrical assembly, maintenance, and installation activities, ensuring service execution complies with project specifications, deadlines, quality requirements, and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** Interpret electrical projects and technical specifications. Plan and assign tasks to the team. Monitor the execution of electrical installation and maintenance services. Provide on-site technical guidance to the team. Control materials, tools, and resources used. Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs). Coordinate with supervision, engineering, and other departments. **Requirements:** Resident of Cubatão, Santos, or São Vicente. Completed high school education. Proven experience in industrial electrical team leadership. Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical projects. Knowledge of electrical safety standards (NR\-10\). **Preferred Qualifications:** Technical course in Electrotechnology or related fields. Up-to-date certifications (NR\-10 and SEP). Experience in industrial or port environments. Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
