We work under tight deadlines and require close integration with multiple teams throughout the final delivery process; therefore, it is essential to prioritize tasks effectively, structure efficient workflows, and maintain high performance even under pressure. This person will be responsible for editing infoproducts \[and related course derivatives, such as live stream clips and social proof videos], handling all stages from receiving raw material through organization, cataloging, and full file structuring. Strong analytical skills are essential to select the best visuals, establish rhythm, coherence, and clarity in content, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and narrative strength. Editing endomarketing materials will also be part of the routine. Based on a briefing, the Senior Video Editor must refine the initial concept, organize the most suitable content, suggest additional shoots when necessary, and construct the edit with a strong focus on storytelling. Additionally, the professional will support company events by performing rapid real-time edits. It will be necessary to attend presentations to understand content and guide the videographer regarding strategic shots that facilitate editing. The routine may involve delivering multiple videos per day—highlighting key moments from each presentation—requiring strong organizational skills, speed, and decisive judgment. We seek someone who understands that editing is not merely assembling images but constructing experiences that communicate, position, and generate real impact. **Responsibilities:** * Editing and finalizing videos for infoproducts, real-time event coverage, institutional endomarketing materials, and advertising creatives. * Collaborating with the team across all stages of audiovisual production. * Continuously improving workflows to maximize delivery efficiency and quality. **Requirements:** * Proven experience editing infoproducts and real-time events. * Ability to create videos for online ads and institutional content. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition. * Skill in crafting audiovisual narratives that capture and retain viewer attention. * Technical expertise in color correction and audio treatment. * Experience with macOS and Windows operating systems. * Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Familiarity with task management tools. * Agility: Quick response to changes and production adjustments. * Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse departments and industry stakeholders.
