Learn more about this opportunity. **Requirements to apply for this position:** \- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (a plus); \- Basic Excel skills; \- Teamwork orientation; \- Results-driven mindset; \- Sales-oriented profile; **Your daily responsibilities as an educator:** \- Engage with prospects to finalize enrollment; \- Provide basic information about programs and the institution, encouraging them to enroll; \- Proactively contact prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media (when requested) to encourage their continued progression through the enrollment process, using assertive and consistent arguments; \- Record all received and initiated contacts in the system, following operational procedures; \- Apply customer service and negotiation techniques to gather necessary information for prospect qualification, thereby ensuring their enrollment in the institution; \- Continuously update yourself on institutional information, programs, and internal procedures; \- Periodically update and clean up system records; \- Ensure end-to-end process follow-up with organization and accountability (Agent Owner concept). **Nice-to-have qualifications for this position:** \- Call center experience (a plus); \- Strong communication and writing skills; **Work model for this position:** This position requires 100% in-person work.
