See below for important details: Responsibilities: Prepare and grill meats, hamburgers, and other foods on the griddle for À la Carte dishes. Handle meats, their cuts, and related preparations. Follow recipes and established quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Assist in inventory control and restocking of ingredients. Collaborate in the preparation of side dishes and other menu items. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations. Perform other related tasks as required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in similar roles. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques. Ability to work in a dynamic environment. Teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions. Commitment to cleanliness and organization. Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off — including weekly days off and one Sunday per month.
