This position offers the chance to lead kitchen teams and ensure excellence in every dish served. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the kitchen team, coordinating activities and assigning tasks; * Monitor dish preparation to ensure quality and menu standardization; * Collaborate with the head chef in developing new dishes and menus; * Supervise inventory and ingredient procurement, ensuring availability and quality; **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Lead Cook or Chef; * Knowledge of culinary techniques and gastronomic trends; * Ability to manage and motivate teams; * Organizational and leadership skills; * Agility * Preferred Qualifications: Experience with transported meals and high-volume operations. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
