Global career with potential for international mobility **Infosys Brasil** is seeking professionals with the profile of **Test Analyst** to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA). * Strong expertise in ETL, API, and UI testing. * Experience with automated testing. * Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts. * Ability to work independently, exercising autonomy in task execution. * Experience engaging with stakeholders, business units, and client teams. * Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required. * Advanced English for communication with global teams. * Excellent communication, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility. * Availability to work in a hybrid model, attending the office three times per week (Berrini – São Paulo). * Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary. **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):** * Prior experience in financial or regulated environments. * Experience in projects where the client directly manages the project. * Experience in international projects and interaction with global teams. * Familiarity with compliance processes and international onboarding. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and ensure delivery of QA artifacts and activities for the project. * Perform functional, automated, integration, API, and ETL testing. * Validate business rules jointly with functional and technical teams. * Act as the QA focal point for the client, leading alignment sessions, meetings, and discussions. * Support and monitor User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Identify, log, track, and communicate quality defects and risks. * Work proactively and methodically, with minimal managerial oversight, ensuring delivery quality. * Operate in a dynamic environment with high accountability and direct client exposure. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, Flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Medical and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with national and international clients and/or projects, with potential for international career mobility.
