




### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals according to the menu, technical sheets, and instructions from the unit served; * Work across different units as per scheduling and demand, adapting to local routines and teams; * Ensure food quality, flavor, presentation, portioning, and cooking time; * Properly handle kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies; * Strictly comply with good food handling practices and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual (GMPM); * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and work areas; * Support and guide kitchen assistants when necessary; * Perform basic production control, tracking leftovers and waste; * Verify food items, expiration dates, and storage conditions; * Correctly use PPEs, ensuring individual and collective safety; * Properly dispose of waste in accordance with internal and environmental regulations; * Collect samples and complete forms as required by the GMPM; * Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards; * Follow procedures and positions defined in the contract for each unit. ### **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a cook, preferably in industrial kitchens or collective meal services; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Availability to travel between units; * Flexible working hours. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance R$290.00 * Fuel allowance (R$0.60 per km for cars; R$0.30 per km for motorcycles) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Pharmacy benefits.
