Master and demonstrate knowledge of products and their launches. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma; * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Commercial experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute all steps of the company's Sales Process during customer service, from initial customer approach through sales techniques to post-contact follow-up; * Demonstrate mastery and knowledge of product features, advantages, and benefits; * Daily record in the Syonet Sales System of service history via phone, e\-mail, showroom visits, prospecting activities, vehicle demonstrations, test\-drives, negotiations, lost sales with reasons, delivery scheduling, and follow-ups; * Systematically prospect customers using the company's internal databases or externally acquired ones, aiming to achieve individual targets; * Monitor ongoing sales and other customer requests to ensure all agreed-upon sales conditions are fulfilled; * Stay updated and demonstrate knowledge of products and their launches; complete all trainings provided and offered by the dealership and manufacturer; * Propose special actions and terms to customers based on market opportunities and threats; * Assist in verifying and displaying vehicles in the showroom; * Participate in external events when required, presenting vehicles and managing the sales process.
