




Job Summary: The professional will handle operational demands of the Procurement department, seeking process simplification and providing support to teams, with emphasis on a strategic area. Focus on simplifying operational processes **JOB MISSION:** Handle operational demands of the Procurement department in compliance with guidelines and obligations established in the Company's Procurement Policy. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue and cancel purchase orders * Register LPUs in the ERP system * Register materials * Purchase IT supplies for the office * Support the Procurement team with operational demands * Seek simplifications of the department's operational processes * Support other departments of the company with information and participation when requested Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or final year of undergraduate studies in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Proactive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational ability, flexibility in performing tasks, willingness to assist and support departments, with clear understanding that the Procurement department is a strategic and decision-making area.
