We are looking for a **Marketing Analyst** to join our team, ensuring that our processes run efficiently. **As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for:** * Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels—such as social media, email marketing, and search engines—with the goal of generating qualified leads and increasing brand awareness; * Analyzing and measuring marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI; * Developing and managing content for digital platforms—including websites, blogs, social media, and emails—ensuring it is relevant and engaging for the target audience; * Conducting market research to identify business opportunities and inform marketing strategy; * Managing paid traffic campaigns—such as Facebook and Instagram ads—to increase brand reach and engagement on social media. * Implementing and managing marketing automation platforms to improve the efficiency of marketing and sales campaigns; * Collaborating with other members of the marketing team and other company departments—such as sales and customer service—to ensure marketing campaigns align with the company’s overall objectives and the target audience’s needs. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields; * Excellent communication skills, with clear, concise, and effective writing; * Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and key social media trends; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team, integrating seamlessly with different departments across the company; * Analytical ability, focused on data interpretation and metrics-driven decision-making; * Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar; * Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics; * Digital Marketing certifications—including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, among others; * Courses or specializations in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing Strategies, and Data Analysis. **Interested?** **Join us and make a difference!**
