Location: Vitória da Conquista **Responsibilities:** * Record, verify, and manage accounts payable; * Verify and enter invoices into the system; * Support payment processing and bank reconciliation; * Maintain organization of documents and financial reports; * Support the department in daily routines and supplier relationship management; **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields); * Experience in **accounts payable and invoice control**; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of Excel and financial systems; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Prior experience in the administrative field is a plus Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Transportation Allowance
