Optimizing testing using AI tools and continuous improvement. **About the Role** We seek an analytical professional with strong attention to detail to ensure quality assurance for systems in the fleet insurance segment. You will join an agile team, contributing to the delivery of stable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. ### **Responsibilities:** * Plan, design, execute, and maintain functional and exploratory test scenarios * Validate system functionalities, ensuring compliance with business rules * Identify, log, and track defects, with emphasis on critical issues * Validate workflows related to policies, claims, and vehicle management * Collaborate with agile teams throughout the continuous development and delivery cycle * Support requirements analysis and continuous improvement of QA processes * Use supporting tools (including AI) to optimize test creation ### **Requirements** * Experience in software testing (functional and exploratory) * Experience validating systems with complex business rules * Knowledge of Java-based backend applications * Familiarity with modern interfaces (React and/or Vuetify) * Experience with cloud environments * Knowledge of or experience using AI-based tools (e.g., Claude \- AWS) * Experience with agile methodologies ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and critical thinking * Attention to detail * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Focus on quality and continuous improvement * Strong communication skills and teamwork ability Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Wellhub
