Follow us on social media and join our team! \#WeAreTirolez **Responsibilities and duties** * Carry out activities that support the manufacturing process of Tirolez products, respecting quality and productivity standards, complying with internal Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP); * Perform low, medium, and high complexity tasks in the preparation and operation of cheesomatics and draining presses; * Interact and communicate efficiently with employees in the milk processing department; * Follow and ensure standard procedures of cheese technology in the unit's production; * Interact with the laboratory team to verify analyses and make necessary adjustments regarding cheese technologies; * Request the supply department to replenish ingredients necessary for cheese production; * Gain systemic understanding of the entire process to coordinate the production sequence of cheesomatics, ensuring physicochemical and microbiological product analyses meet established internal standards; * Understand, make decisions, and ensure cheese yields meet set targets; * Perform CIP cleaning procedures on equipment; * Carry out cleaning and sanitization of tools, equipment, and civil structures in the department; * Perform environmental spraying in the department. **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Completed high school. Preferred: Completed or ongoing higher education in related fields. * Position: Minimum of 06 months as Production Operator II * Computer skills: Basic * Knowledge/Skills: Discipline; Teamwork; Commitment; Ownership mindset; Proactivity; Concentration; Responsibility; **Additional information** Availability for shifts and schedules.
