




**We are looking for talented individuals with experience to join our Eagles Team!** If you seek new challenges in an **inclusive, diverse, and dynamic environment**, this could be the ideal opportunity to **accelerate your career** and fly even higher with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:** **Contractual Management of Aircraft Assets:** * Analyze and negotiate contracts for the purchase, sale, and leasing of aircraft and engines; * Minimize risks and propose contractual amendments when necessary; * Ensure internal alignment on contractual obligations with clarity and precision. **Strategic Fleet Management:** * Strategically plan fleet requirements, assessing future demand and scenarios for aircraft and engine acquisitions; * Manage ongoing demands flexibly, aligned with business needs; * Evaluate and propose contractual changes according to operational requirements. **Supplier Relationship and Negotiation:** * Interact and negotiate with aircraft and engine manufacturers and lessors; * Coordinate negotiations with internal and external clients regarding contracts and amendments; * Build partnerships focused on continuous improvement and cost-effective solutions. **Operational Safety and Compliance:** * Identify, mitigate, and report hazards in operations; * Manage safety risks within acceptable levels; * Ensure compliance with certificates issued by authorities and company regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential items in your professional baggage:** * More than 6 months’ tenure at GOL; * No disciplinary actions in the last 6 months; * No internal transfers or promotions in the last 6 months; * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Ability to understand technical and/or legal texts; * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** We know every talent is unique.
