**Strategic Opportunity – Talent Acquisition | Chapecó – SC**
Human Resources consulting firm is seeking a professional for a strategic role in **Talent Acquisition**, to work with a **large multinational corporation**.
**Location:** Chapecó – SC
**Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent (via HR consulting firm)
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – hybrid model (up to 2 days/week working from home)
**Remuneration:** Market-competitive – estimated range between BRL 5,000 and BRL 10,000, depending on experience and expertise in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various levels (operational, tactical, and strategic), both in Brazil and internationally;
* Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, supporting hiring decisions aligned with organizational culture;
* Develop and implement **Employer Branding** and talent attraction strategies;
* Use recruitment tools and metrics to ensure efficiency and accuracy in hiring;
* Maintain close relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
**Technical Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in related fields;
* Fluent Spanish (mandatory);
* Intermediate English (preferred);
* Experience with Recruitment & Selection platforms (Workday experience preferred);
* Willingness to travel occasionally;
* Solid experience in senior-level Talent Acquisition or Recruitment & Selection roles.
**Competitive Advantages:**
