Job Summary: Develop scalable mobile applications with Flutter and backend services with Java Spring Boot, coordinate complex features, and ensure code quality. Key Highlights: 1. Serving as a technical reference and coordinating complex features . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring performance, security, and efficiency; * Design and implement robust architectures integrated with third-party APIs, microservices, and legacy systems; * Plan, prioritize, and monitor sprints, aligning technical deliveries with clients' strategic expectations and goals. * Develop and maintain backend services with Java Spring Boot, including integration with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP); * Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices; * Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and business teams to translate technical requirements and promote value-driven deliveries; * Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting developers’ technical growth and fostering an innovation culture; * Ensure solutions comply with security standards, privacy regulations (LGPD), and industry standards. * Coordinate integration of complex features, such as: mapping APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap); real-time tracking systems; payment gateways (cards, QR Code, NFC). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Flutter/Dart for cross-platform mobile development; * Practical experience with Java \+ Spring Boot in backend projects integrated with mobile apps; * Experience integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD (continuous integration and delivery); * Experience with payment gateways and technologies such as QR Code, NFC; * Experience with mapping APIs and geolocation (Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap) and real-time tracking; * Strong understanding of digital security standards, LGPD, and data protection best practices; * Good technical and conversational English proficiency for interaction with international partners and specialized libraries; * Prior experience in public transportation, urban mobility, or logistics projects is a significant advantage; * Excellent communication skills, especially translating technical concepts into business language; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Desirable: Knowledge and experience with Big Data, data streaming, and real-time analytics.
