Opportunity to propose continuous process improvements **Description and Responsibilities:** **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Understand the needs of internal and external customers, taking necessary actions to better serve them in accordance with SENAC DF guidelines; * Monitor and guide the institution’s administrative, educational, financial, and accounting routines; * Serve internal and external customers, contributing to the flow, confidentiality, and accuracy of information; * Analyze various documents to support executives in decision-making; * Create reports and spreadsheets containing information for institutional departmental analysis, aligned with departmental demands; * Analyze and draft various correspondence in compliance with regulatory standards; * Monitor deadlines for tasks under management responsibility; Manage technical-administrative documents according to area of operation, covering sorting, distribution, preparation, archiving, and availability as per institutional regulations; * Support and monitor information for internal and external audits, prioritizing quality in technical work execution; * Conduct studies and research, develop, update, and propose norms, regulations, manuals, procedures, and other documents to guide staff and provide technical support to departments; Apply legislation to institutional work processes, according to area of operation; * Plan and coordinate events and/or projects requested by the institution; * Execute technical procedures according to area of operation; * Archive and advise on documentation required for internal and external control inspections; * Perform tasks, routines, and activities within one’s area; * Develop and implement operational projects aligned with institutional objectives; * Comply with and respect institutional policies, mission, and strategic vision; * Develop and maintain up-to-date procedures and documents for one’s area of operation; * Share technical guidance with team members; * Identify and propose continuous process improvements to achieve area excellence; * Comply with policies, standards, regulations, risk controls, institutional programs, information security, health, and environmental requirements; * Comply with and enforce the organization’s code of ethics; Perform other duties compatible with those specified for the position and/or according to workplace-specific requirements or needs. * **Requirements:** **Mandatory Education and Knowledge:** * Certificate, duly registered, confirming completion of a Technical Course in Nutrition; * Active and valid registration with the Regional Council of Nutritionists (CRN), in compliance with regulations set forth by the Federal Council of Nutritionists. **Desirable Education and Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Theoretical and practical knowledge of Food Safety and implementation of Good Practices; * Familiarity with current sanitary legislation, particularly ANVISA Resolution RDC No. 216/2004 and its updates; * Familiarity with local sanitary legislation (e.g., regulations issued by the Health Surveillance Agency of the Federal District (DIVISA)). **Mandatory Professional Experience:** * Minimum of six (6) months of proven experience in the role, working in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN) serving commercial restaurant kitchens, lodging establishments, or educational institutions. **Desirable Professional Experience:** * Experience in food, environment, equipment, and utensil sanitation, as well as preparation of specific reports for the area.
