Then, this **opportunity is specially designed for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Processes and Quality:*** * Supports the implementation of the Quality Management System. * Ensures process modeling. * Conducts activity flow mapping. * Maps processes. Conducts identification and analysis of existing processes across all company departments, aiming to standardize and improve processes. * Develops Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Normative Instructions (NIs), and Forms. * Maintains controls of quality records. * Distributes and controls copies of quality documents. * Promotes the company’s mission, vision, and objectives by preparing and distributing related materials, organizing courses, lectures, and other activities that foster awareness of quality across all departments. * Monitors and handles preventive and corrective actions, verifying their effectiveness in resolving identified non\-conformities. Investigates and corrects non\-conformities detected during daily operations, audits, routine operations, or through the Customer Service Center (CSC). * Monitors quality indicators. * Tracks the execution of Action Plan(s). * Conducts internal audits. Coordinates and carries out internal audit programs for systems and procedures related to quality, aiming to identify improvements and guide users regarding proper understanding and application of procedures. * Conducts process audits and analyzes in detail the execution of each activity for consistency, customer requirement fulfillment, and compliance with audited legislation/standards. * Conducts field audits via sampling to verify correct process execution. * Performs "follow\-up" on recommendations provided to audited areas to verify their implementation or adopted corrective actions. * Participates in internal committees to define priorities for the Quality System implementation plan and to identify solutions for productivity improvement, quality enhancement, process changes, and cost reduction. * Applies statistical analysis to quality-related data for preparing managerial reports. * Prepares materials for meetings with Executive Management regarding critical analysis of the Quality System. * Identifies deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, raising awareness among directly involved personnel and departments to drive engagement and pursue solutions and implementation of corrective actions. * Plans, develops, and manages training for the Quality Management System. * Advises company leaders and facilitators on implementing Quality Management System activities, ensuring execution according to established standards. * Promotes process improvement. ***Planning:*** * Monthly follow-up with managers on results of the department’s proposed planning. * Facilitates and organizes performance review meetings (Executive Management and Managers). ***Suppliers:*** * Qualification of equipment and product suppliers, including documentation and expiration dates. ***CSC:*** * Monitors and handles complaints (CSC). ***Customers:*** * Coordinates and controls application and tabulation of data related to Customer Satisfaction Surveys. ***PPRA/PCMSO:*** * Coordinates and controls PPRA/PCMSO and periodic medical examinations. ***Equipment:*** * Monitors and tracks equipment calibration and associated records. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree;; * Internal Auditor certification. * Postgraduate degree in Processes is desirable. * Quality Tools: 5W2H; Pareto Chart; Histogram; Check Sheets or Checklists; Cause\-and\-Effect Diagram \- Ishikawa; Flowcharts. * PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). * Process Modeling Tools: Bizagi Modeler; ARIS; HEFLO, etc. * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate computer literacy; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Proactivity; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Adaptability to change. * Results orientation. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:48 * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Work mode: On-site * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Gym Membership Benefit Diversity is not something to be accepted, but rather shared.
