Job Summary: Team management and industrial maintenance activities, planning and optimizing resources to ensure quality and adherence to maintenance plans. Key Highlights: 1. Specialization in Maintenance Management and Lean 6 Sigma * Title: * Industrial Supervisor * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate studies or MBA will be considered as a plus. * Specific knowledge and skills: 4+ years of experience as an Industrial Production Specialist. Leadership and people management; Knowledge of industrial maintenance; Planning, programming, and control; ERP system knowledge; Office suite (Intermediate Excel); Intermediate English. Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance Systems (TPM) – SAP; Lean 6 Sigma – Green Belt; Specialization in Maintenance Management. * Responsibilities: People and team management. Oversee industrial mechanical maintenance activities, assigning and monitoring tasks, evaluating the technical quality of performed services, and verifying material and parts requisitions according to quality, schedule, safety, and cost standards; Plan, monitor, and supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical maintenance services, defining priorities, dates, deadlines, and costs, while providing technical guidance and support for performed services; Be responsible for training and developing metrics for coordination use within the area, enabling innovative action, optimizing resources and time. Review and update maintenance plans when necessary. Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan. Ensure that the equipment technical library is well organized. Evaluation Criteria and Metrics: Departmental reports and indicators, MTBF, MTTF, OEE, industrial cost, equipment reliability.
