Responsibilities range from administrative tasks to direct patient interaction, directly impacting service quality. **Salary:** R$ 1\.683,20 **Work Schedule:** 220 hours (Monday to Friday) **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist and guide patients and their companions through in-person and telephone communication, aiming to clarify doubts regarding provided services and necessary procedures for accessing healthcare. * Register patient registration information using healthcare administrative systems, ensuring data organization and accuracy for subsequent processes. * Provide support in forwarding requests and scheduling appointments using institutional tools, ensuring patients receive required assistance efficiently and within established deadlines. * Assist in resolving administrative and financial pending matters through interactions with responsible teams and control systems, aiming to expedite process regularization without compromising continuity of care. * Record and monitor patient and companion feedback using satisfaction survey tools and internal reports, identifying areas for service improvement and ensuring user expectations are met. * Support communication of important information to patients, such as guidance on user rights and availability of unit service information, promoting transparency and engagement in the care process. * Collaborate with the administrative team in controlling and updating documents and records via electronic and physical tools, ensuring information integrity and compliance with institutional norms and regulations. * Perform duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic Office software proficiency; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Incentive bonus; * Meal allowance; * Day Off.
