Predominantly internal activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8 AM to 6 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Perform daily logistics operations via system Control the fleet (tracking, cleaning, and maintenance) Update and monitor operational spreadsheets (vehicle mileage, customers, etc.) Support billing with information on completed and released service orders Support the commercial department in tracking follow-up actions after service order completion Monitor technicians' daily activities Provide customer support and service Monitor the company's chat and respond to requests Monitor the corporate mobile phone and respond to customer requests Handle telephone customer service Assist in basic inventory control Open technical support tickets when necessary Perform predominantly internal activities, with rare external demands **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in administrative or logistics fields Relevant experience is a plus **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Meal voucher
