Job Description: ### **Responsibilities** * Booking (Orders Intake) Governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and processes. * Cash In Governance, focusing on overdue prevention and receivables tracking. * Creation and monitoring of Project Financial Control, including Cash In and Cash Out. * Invoice and Billing Issuance: Pro Forma, DANFE, and Service Tax Invoice. * Control, calculation, and presentation of Price Escalation. * Requesting and tracking Performance Bonds and Bank Guarantees. * Active participation in Project Reviews, contributing financial and contractual analyses. * Updating Gross Margin (GM) in the booking flow and/or upon request from the Project Controller. * Management and tracking of Project Guarantees (Warranty Project). * Acting as an interface between related departments: Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Credit, Project Manager (PM), Project Controller (PC), Tendering, Commercial, and Audit. * Serving as the guardian of the end\-to\-end (E2E) process, ensuring adherence, efficiency, and continuous improvement of contractual and financial processes.
