Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and monitoring preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, communicating with mechanics and suppliers, and optimizing resources. All selection processes conducted by **VAMOS** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and monitor preventive and corrective fleet/equipment maintenance, supporting activity scheduling and operational workflow. * Maintain frequent contact with field mechanics, serving as the primary communication link to understand needs and direct actions. * Track machine/equipment history, flagging upcoming preventive maintenance and supporting execution and evidence logging in the system. * Support opening, processing, and tracking of maintenance-related requests and procurement of materials/items required for service execution. * Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams, workshops, suppliers, and support areas to ensure accurate understanding of requirements. * Source and prospect new suppliers, broadening the service network and offering cost-, timeline-, and quality-related operational alternatives. * Support supplier registration and development, avoiding over-reliance on a single option and increasing operational competitiveness. * Apply analytical thinking and creativity to identify alternative parts, materials, and solutions — including researching related markets. * Interface with supervision and leadership when escalation or client/operational resistance arises regarding maintenance topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Prior experience in fleet control, maintenance, telematics, operational support, or related routines is desirable. * Familiarity with or exposure to maintenance routines is desirable. * A valid **Brazilian Driver’s License Category B (CNH B)** will be considered a significant advantage for occasional operational support needs. **Additional Information** You’ll find the traditional benefits you already know — and more: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories — dining, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated 24/7 confidential support channel for you and your family, covering psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and teenagers’ education is.
