Implementation of cybersecurity tools Description: What do you need to know to join Topaz? * Knowledge of operating systems; * Programming logic; * Computer networks; * Basic database queries; * Basic knowledge of application and database servers; * Virtualization; * Experience with IT Service Management methodology (ITIL); * Currently pursuing or holding a Technology degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Ability to perform data analysis and consolidation; * Willingness to travel across Brazil; * Technical English or Spanish proficiency; * Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention (preferred); * Web and Mobile development knowledge (preferred); Your daily responsibilities at Topaz: * Handling service tickets during routine operations; * Monitoring the client's operational journey; * Generating periodic reports on results achieved from implemented actions; * Actively supporting and technically executing security solution maintenance; * Vulnerability analysis; * Incident response; * Forecasting and standardizing data recovery and intrusion response procedures; * Continuously monitoring company and client networks; * Risk mapping and implementation of security solutions for environments; * Implementation of cybersecurity tools; * Analysis of emerging data security trends; * Conducting failure and response tests; * Performing ongoing assessments and diagnostics of potential existing risks; * Client support for installation, operation, and updating of virtual protection software and platforms. 2510310202231661663
