**Description and Responsibilities:**

**Employment Type:** Intermittent
* Identify, assess, and control existing workplace hazards—including those related to machinery, chemical agents, electricity, and working at heights—by implementing preventive measures aimed at eliminating or mitigating occupational accidents and diseases;
* Ensure all activities comply with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) and current legislation, promoting a safe work environment and preventing legal liabilities and penalties;
* Plan, develop, and deliver safety training in accordance with applicable Regulatory Standards, with emphasis on:
* NR\-01 – General Provisions and Occupational Risk Management;
* NR\-06 – Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* NR\-10 – Electrical Safety in Installations and Services;
* NR\-12 – Machinery and Equipment Safety;
* NR\-35 – Working at Heights.
* Monitor operational activities performed by gardening and monitoring technicians, conducting safety inspections and providing preventive guidance whenever necessary;
* Conduct periodic inspections of workplaces to identify unsafe conditions, propose corrective actions, and follow up on implementation of recommended measures;
* Analyze occupational accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, recording relevant information, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence;
* Prepare, review, and manage occupational safety technical documents, such as: technical reports; JSA (Job Safety Analysis); and PT (Work Permit);
* Collaborate with the occupational health department to prevent work-related illnesses and promote employee health and well-being.
**Requirements:**
* Technical qualification in Occupational Safety accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE);
* Minimum 12 months’ experience as an Occupational Safety Technician;
* Certificate of completion for the Technical Course in Occupational Safety;
* Knowledge of current Regulatory Standards, with focus on NR\-01, NR\-06, NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-35\.
**Desirable:**
* Ability to prepare occupational safety technical documents, such as reports, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and PT (Work Permit);
* Communicative, proactive, and organized profile, with ability to guide teams and work autonomously in the field;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and presentations.
