We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives, playing a key role in the organization's digital transformation. This professional will be responsible for managing highly complex projects, ensuring integration between technical and business teams, alignment with corporate strategy, and delivery of results with controlled quality, timelines, and costs. Candidates must possess technical knowledge of the SAP ecosystem to understand functional and technological impacts, communicate effectively with data migration, Basis, functional (FI/MM/SD/BP), and solution architecture teams, and ensure adherence to best practices and migration methodologies. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and lead high-complexity migration projects within the SAP ecosystem. * Work closely with technical and functional teams, translating business needs into feasible execution plans. * Develop, monitor, and update project schedule, scope, budget, and communication plan. * Plan and supervise data migration strategies, from inventory, mapping, cleansing to loading and final validation. * Coordinate conversion cycles, integrated testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. * Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and impacts from scope changes, ensuring compliance with assumptions and constraints. * Manage internal and external stakeholders, promoting alignment and clear executive communication. * Ensure projects are executed within defined time, cost, and quality parameters, reporting status to committees and management. * Produce and consolidate tracking documentation, lessons learned, and executive reports. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex projects, with emphasis on SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations. * Technical knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including core modules (FI, MM, SD, BP) and integration with functional areas. * Practical experience with SAP migration tools and methodologies (SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, SAP Data Services, BW/4HANA Transfer Cockpit). * Mastery of the SAP Activate methodology, including its phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run). * In-depth knowledge of migration strategies: Brownfield, Greenfield, and Bluefield. * Experience with SAP ECC, including understanding of master data, transactional data, and critical business processes. * Certification in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent). **Preferred Qualifications** * SAP Activate and/or SAP S/4HANA certifications. * Prior experience in digital transformation programs involving Data & Analytics, Cloud, and integration with Databricks/Azure/AWS. * Experience in multinational environments with advanced English proficiency for meetings and documentation. * Knowledge of project financial management (FTEs, burn rate, CAPEX/OPEX).
