Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring and controlling access of people and vehicles at Arena BRB, ensuring site security and order, as well as registering and assisting visitors and staff. Receives and registers visitors, provides information and guidance, controls the entry and exit of staff and visitors, communicates with other security teams or authorities in emergencies, and assists in maintaining order and security on-site. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and control the entry and exit of people, verifying identities, authorizations, and visitor registrations. * Assist people by informing and directing\-them to areas of interest. * Provide information and assistance to staff, service providers, and other individuals visiting the site, answering questions and offering support when necessary. * Register authorized vehicles and their drivers entering company facilities. * Record incidents and activities performed during the shift, maintaining updated and informative reports. * Perform other tasks of similar level and complexity, as determined by the immediate supervisor. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Security procedures. * Access control systems. * Basic computer literacy. * Incident reporting. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Attention to detail. * Concentration. * Execution of routine tasks. * Commitment. * Communication. * Interpersonal relationships. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience preferred. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance (Caju card): R$45.00/day. * Transportation allowance according to location. * SulAmérica health insurance \+ dental plan, fully covered by the company (with co-payment upon use). * For dependents, the company covers 50% of the plan cost and the employee bears the remaining 50% \+ co-payment. * Birthday bonus (Caju): R$200.00 (credited on your birthday). * Mobility allowance of R$200.00 after 3 months. * Wellhub (gyms and wellness). * Conexa Saúde (online medical consultations).
