Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and proactive Procurement Assistant to optimize material procurement for infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. In this role, you will serve as the right hand of our operations, ensuring that our infrastructure projects receive the best materials, at the right time, and at optimal cost. **Quotation Management:** Conduct technical material price research. **Strategic Analysis:** Prepare detailed comparative charts, analyzing not only price but also delivery timelines, freight costs, and payment terms; Support direct negotiations with suppliers and the search for new strategic partnerships; Issue and track purchase orders via ERP system, ensuring smooth workflow between office and construction site. Monitor delivery deadlines. Support receipt and entry of invoices, ensuring compliance with issued purchase orders. Procure materials and services, negotiate prices and delivery timelines with suppliers, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and develop supplier relationships. * **Education:** Completed high school (preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Civil Engineering); * **Technology:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for comparison spreadsheets); * **Profile:** Excellent communication skills (essential for negotiating and following up on deadlines) and a high level of organization; * **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience with management systems (ERP) or previous work experience in construction companies or building material stores.
