Now **we just need you** at the starting grid. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Hostess** at **FIT Group**, you will be the primary link between our customers and the **gastronomic experience** we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Reception and Welcome** * Greet customers warmly and energetically, ensuring a light and welcoming arrival. * Manage the waiting queue with organization and attentiveness. * Escort customers to their tables, ensuring order and smooth flow within the dining room. * Provide initial information about the menu and restaurant operations. **Dining Room Flow Management** * Monitor table occupancy and communicate status updates to leadership. * Coordinate closely with servers and waitstaff to ensure consistent service pace. * Monitor customer needs during the first minutes of their experience. **Operational Support** * Support promotional activities, activations, and special events with professionalism and clarity. * Maintain a clean, organized reception area meeting FIT’s presentation standards. * Alert leadership to any inconsistencies in flow or in the customer journey. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional who aligns with our purpose and possesses the following qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline** that strengthens us, **Security** in every action, **Gratitude** that connects us, **Vibration** that inspires. * **Technical Skills:** Clear **communication**, **warmth**, and **proactivity** when interacting with customers. * **Behavioral Skills:** **Organization**, lightness in public interaction, and **focus on operational smoothness**. * **Knowledge:** Completed **High School**, interest in customer service, **hospitality**, and **customer delight**; proficiency in conversational **foreign languages** is a plus. * **Preferred Experience:** Experience in **restaurant reception** or customer service is a plus. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** FIT Group stores at Brasília Airport **Salary:** R$ 2.491,36 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + meal benefit on-site + tips **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (1 weekly day off + 1 Sunday per month). **Available Shifts:** * **Morning:** 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM * **Afternoon:** 1:40 PM – 10:00 PM For over 25 years, **FIT Group** has connected people through gastronomy and exceptional service.
