




Job Summary: The professional will provide customer service to clients, suppliers, and colleagues; monitor client participation in trial afternoon sessions; and manage contracts and onboarding. Monitoring client participation in trial afternoon sessions and providing feedback to family members 3. Contract management and onboarding of clients and residents * Provide customer service to clients, suppliers, and Altevita Group colleagues, always communicating appropriately (e.g., welcoming visitors on premises, resolving complaints, finding solutions to problems, providing information, etc.); * Receive clients for trial afternoon sessions and monitor their participation during their time at the facility, then provide feedback to family members regarding the elderly person's experience. Additionally, monitor the family’s experience and provide feedback to the sales representative regarding the trial afternoon session; * Prepare contracts and collect signatures from responsible parties: * Onboard day-center clients and residents; * Guide and supervise receptionists regarding the registration of new clients in the work system; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.341,64 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
