Company in the health sector. **Responsibilities and duties** * Create a relaxing and playful environment for children. * Perform face painting and balloon modeling. * Decorate the facility with balloons and other accessories to welcome children. * Know and implement children's entertainment strategies. * Establish empathy with parents. * Accompany children to sample collection, distracting and entertaining them when necessary. * Support the facility in other activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention. * Maintain an organized environment. * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently. * Attend 100% of training sessions as scheduled by the organization. * Preserve and safeguard company assets. * Understand the company's vision and mission. * Comply with company regulations and those applicable to their area of operation. * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company. * Apply 5S practices. * Perform other related tasks as determined by their immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of children's face painting. * Skill in balloon modeling and creation for children's activities. **Additional information** Company in the health sector.
