The construction company is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Brasília (Plano Piloto). **Responsibilities:** Lead the planning, organization, and execution of construction and renovation projects from inception to final delivery. Develop, monitor, and ensure adherence to the physical\-financial schedule. Apply and supervise technical knowledge related to structural, electrical, plumbing, finishing, and other construction phases. Coordinate in-house and subcontracted teams, as well as manage materials, equipment, and resources. Monitor budget, costs, and project performance indicators. Serve as the primary communication contact between management, field teams, suppliers, and clients. Conduct technical site visits, inspections, and on-site project monitoring. Previous experience as a Project Manager, Construction Coordinator, Construction Supervisor, or Construction Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
