This role plays a key part in ensuring system performance, stability, and long\-term maintainability across a growing digital health ecosystem. You will take ownership of backend services and APIs, troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize database performance, and contribute to architectural decisions. Working in a remote\-first and fast\-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high\-quality software efficiently.
