Strategic Decision-Making and Risk Management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Financial Planning and Control: develop and maintain short- and long-term financial plans, ensuring company resources are used efficiently and profitably. * Budget Management: monitor the budget plan and compare actual performance against established targets. * Analysis and Reporting: collect, analyze, and interpret accounting information, costs, expenses, profits, and performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor company performance. * Data and Indicator Analysis: monitor and analyze financial and performance indicators to identify risks, evaluate results, and provide reliable data for strategic decisions. * Strategic Decision-Making: provide strategic support and information to senior management, assisting in optimal decision-making regarding investments, cost reductions, and growth strategies. * Internal Controls and Tax Oversight: manage and oversee tax and fiscal documentation, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and safeguard process integrity. * Risk Management: identify and mitigate financial risks that could compromise organizational stability. * Audits: support internal audits to verify compliance and efficiency of financial processes.
