Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for identifying procurement needs, requesting price quotations, negotiating terms, issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries of raw materials and supplies, managing inventory, and supporting production. Proficiency in Excel for purchase and cost control **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Identify procurement needs for raw materials, ingredients (e.g., flour, yeast, sugar), packaging, supplies, and cleaning materials. * Request price quotations from suppliers, comparing quality, delivery time, and cost. * Request quotations, negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery time, discounts, payment methods). * Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of data (quantity, specifications, values). * Track deliveries: confirm deadlines, quantities, and quality of received goods. * Verify invoices and bills, and accurately record purchase data to support Finance. * Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking, and alert for replenishment. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records: contacts, terms, delivery history, and quality performance. * Assist in developing raw material cost reports and supplier comparison analyses. * Collaborate with Production to forecast future demand (e.g., production peaks, promotions). * Monitor purchasing department performance indicators (e.g., average price, delivery lead time, return rate).
