Polite customer service **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Perform cargo pickup and delivery according to assigned routes and deadlines, ensuring product integrity during transportation. * Verify quantities, invoices, and other documents before and after deliveries, ensuring accurate correspondence between cargo and documentation. * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition, performing basic checks (fuel, tires, oil, etc.) and reporting maintenance needs. * Loading and Unloading of Materials * Provide polite customer service at the time of delivery, collecting signatures, proof of delivery, and clarifying doubts when necessary. **Requirements:*** Driver's License Class ''D'' * Minimum 1 year of experience **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Internal benefits, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
