Supporting operational logistics activities **Responsibilities** · Assist in loading and unloading fruits and vegetables onto trucks; · Conduct visual inspection of products during loading and unloading to verify quality and integrity; · Organize goods in the warehouse or storage area following rotation guidelines (FIFO); · Pick orders according to dispatch requirements; · Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace; · Support other operational logistics activities as needed. **Desired Knowledge** · Agility, proactivity, and attention to detail; · Ability to work well in a team; · Residing near the company’s location is an advantage. **Specific Requirements** · Availability for physically demanding work (lifting heavy objects and constant movement); · Prior experience in loading and unloading—especially with food or perishable goods—is desirable but not mandatory; **Desired DISC Profile** · (D) Determined and enjoys challenges · (S) Empathetic and collaborative Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$1.880,24 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
