A frozen food company is seeking a professional to strategically and operationally build and manage the entire Human Resources department. **Location:** Brasília/DF, Noroeste Sector / Asa Norte **Work Mode:** 100% in-person **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Compensation:** R$ 5\.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher (VT) \+ R$17.00/day meal allowance We seek a generalist HR professional who is hands-on and strategically minded, willing to structure and strengthen internal HR processes within a small company of approximately 50 employees. **Key Responsibilities:** Generalist HR management; Department structuring and organization; Recruitment \& Selection; Organizational climate and employee engagement initiatives; Coordination with Payroll and Occupational Health and Safety (SESMT); Development of internal processes, policies, and routines; Supporting leadership and monitoring employees. **Requirements:** Solid experience in Generalist HR; Knowledge of HR subsystems, Payroll, and SESMT; Organized, proactive, and autonomous profile; Ability to work effectively in organizations undergoing structural development; Willingness to work on-site in Brasília.
