**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
**Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Control the cooperative’s internal control and risk monitoring and evaluation processes through data analysis, review of financial operation integrity, verification of compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, and reported information, as well as identification of potential discrepancies in indicators.
* Participate, together with the analyst team, in activities related to risk management, following received guidance and in accordance with the cooperative’s policies and strategies.
* Support the monitoring of the implementation and performance of the risk management framework, contributing necessary support and guidance to unit members.
* Conduct verification of adherence to and observance of applicable procedures, policies, and regulations, as per the annual plan defined, with a focus on risk identification.
* Monitor laws, standards, and regulations issued by regulatory bodies, informing responsible areas and tracking the implementation of necessary adjustments in systems and processes.
* Identify and report risks detected during analyses.
* Support the preparation of reports on identified risks and deficiencies, forwarding information to appropriate levels to meet regulatory requirements.
* Participate in preliminary analyses related to exclusions, atypical or irregular situations identified in monitoring reports.
* Support analysis of such information to identify non-compliant situations and forward them for resolution and regularization.
* Extract data from systems and analyze information related to the evolution of risk indicators over specific periods.
* Support consolidation, comparison, and monitoring of indicators over established periods, demonstrating the cooperative’s position relative to internal and external standards.
* Participate in monitoring the Central Bank of Brazil’s Citizen Demand Registration System (RDR), as well as ombudsman and illicit activity reporting channels.
* Track records and execution of remediation plans related to verifications performed in processes.
* Control action plans arising from recommendations by supervisors, audits, and governance bodies.
* Track implementation of recommendations proposed by supervisors, regulators, and internal and external audits, contributing to meeting established deadlines.
* Participate in identifying and analyzing failures in control procedures that may cause damage to the cooperative’s assets.
* Support process mapping and verification of adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and applicable legislation.
* Participate in monitoring alerts related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the cooperative’s related actions.
* Track regularization actions and records of incident resolutions, in compliance with policies, standards, and legislation.
* Track implementation of remediation plans arising from risk monitoring activities, preparing analyses and reports for dissemination to relevant areas.
* Use operational tools and systems to perform analyses, recordkeeping, and monitoring according to defined schedules and responsibilities.
* Record operational losses and participate in analyses and development of corrective action plans.
* Support recording and analysis of incidents, contributing to responsibility identification and future risk mitigation.
* Participate in initiatives to promote risk management and internal control culture within the cooperative.
**Requirements:**
* **Mandatory**
* Completed Bachelor’s Degree: Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Related Fields;
* Process Mapping / Risk Management (Operational, Credit, Market, Liquidity, and Capital)
* Auditing, Accounting, and Taxation Standards and Techniques
* Computer Skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
**Desirable**
* Experience in financial institutions / Credit Cooperatives
* Normative and Regulatory Frameworks of the National Monetary Council (CMN) and the National Financial System (SFN) / Internal Procedures and Controls / Legal Aspects of Cooperativism
* Fraud Prevention Procedures, Compliance, and AML/CFT / General Instruction Manual
