Job Summary: A kitchen professional to assist in food preparation, organize and store food items, sanitize the kitchen, and support the team. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food preparation and kitchen organization 2. Keep the kitchen clean and organized, and follow food safety regulations 3. Support the kitchen team in various departmental activities * Prepare ingredients (wash, peel, cut, and sort food). * Assist in food preparation under the chef's guidance. * Organize and store food properly, adhering to preservation standards. * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas. * Wash dishes, pots, and other materials as needed. * Restock ingredients and materials used during shifts. * Assist in inventory control by checking product expiration dates and quantities. * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following hygiene and food safety regulations. * Sort and dispose of waste appropriately. * Support the kitchen team in other activities related to department operations.
