Knowledge of payroll and HR management systems and subsystems. Functional requirements analysis and translation into system configurations. Support for integrated testing, validations, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Interface with payroll, eSocial, data, project, and technology teams. Analysis of inconsistencies and correction of configurations. Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Clear communication to guide internal users and clients.
