**Job Description:**
Assessment and Diagnosis 1\. Conduct initial interviews with parents and/or caregivers to gather the child's communication, feeding, and developmental history. Administer standardized tests, protocols, and assessment scales for language, speech, alternative communication, orofacial motor skills, and swallowing. Prepare technical reports analyzing the child's abilities and needs. 2\. Therapeutic Planning Develop an individualized treatment plan aligned with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Define specific goals related to communication, speech, language, and oral functions. Select and adapt Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) resources when necessary. 3\. Clinical Intervention Conduct individual or group therapy sessions, integrating speech-language pathology techniques with ABA strategies. Train receptive, expressive, pragmatic, and functional language skills. Address articulation, orofacial motor skills, pneumo-phono-articulatory coordination, and feeding (when indicated). 4\. Monitoring and Adjustments Record performance and progress data after each session. Reassess periodically
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with active registration at the Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathology (CRFa).
**Minimum Education Level:**
Higher Education
**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, in one of the following shifts: 08:15 AM – 02:15 PM or 02:15 PM – 08:15 PM
