RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure leadership in solution development, supporting the IT team and guiding business areas in implementing and continuously evolving web/mobile systems and applications. EDUCATION Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud) Experience with artificial intelligence technologies WHAT WE SEEK * Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams to ensure delivery of solutions aligned with strategic objectives. * Develop and implement system and architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices. * Lead technical analyses and strategic decision-making regarding system architectures. * Manage system modernization and integration across diverse platforms. * Ensure governance and compliance of solutions regarding security, performance, and applicable regulations. * Evaluate technological trends and develop innovations capable of driving business growth. * Participate in requirements gathering during meetings with clients and suppliers, contributing to initial architecture, component, and solution designs. WHAT WE EXPECT * Prior experience in similar roles, especially in agile and collaborative development environments; * Experience defining system architecture and platform integrations; * Knowledge of multiple technologies, programming languages, and platforms, including cloud environments; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across organizational functions; * Knowledge and experience with web and mobile programming languages and frameworks.
