Being diverse means being SUPER! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective** Responsible for executing data analysis and accounting reconciliation activities by verifying source documents/reports that generate financial transactions, ensuring their correct processing and accounting treatment, as well as possessing knowledge of administrative support processes (filing, contracts, certificates, payments) related to control and monitoring. Engage in active planning, control, and management. Knowledge of processes involving contractual adjustment indices and taxation—particularly ICMS and ISS. **Position Responsibilities** Monitor and assist in executing activities related to finance, inventory, and document filing processes. Operate processes within one’s functional area according to defined procedures, reporting any identified issues to seek appropriate solutions. Manually capture invoices (NFs), when required. Handle and forward invoices for either automated or manual capture. Verify and request signed delivery receipts from the distribution team, adhering to established deadlines and procedures. Verify processing of outgoing invoices (NFs). Verify processing of incoming invoices (NFs). Execute necessary actions to maintain service provider contracts per company policy. Verify tax collections performed by service providers. Create material requisitions for the Finance Department. Create purchase requisitions for the Finance Department. Monitor implementation actions for service contracts, aiming to prepare for “contract measurement.” Monitor contract balances and validity periods under Finance Department responsibility. Monitor the process of notifying lost customers—including premature termination of licensing agreements and penalty charges. Support documentation-gathering requests destined for the Finance Department originating from Legal, Commercial, Operations, and Tax departments. Support preparation of information for notifications issued via the Legal Department. Review ownership transfer processes. Participate in the registration of guarantees. File documents under Finance Department responsibility accurately and maintain orderly records. Monitor Lean indicators for the Finance Department. Mitigate obsolescence of inventory items. Resolve protested invoices. Regularize documentation for licenses under Finance Department responsibility. Improve quality and timeliness of processes—especially finance-related ones. Serve as focal point to support other departments in ensuring quality and timeliness of VIM and JIT processes. Analyze and propose improvements to correct deviations in the GD Lean Finance Dashboard indicators. Analyze expense variances (actual vs. budgeted) using expense package management. Analyze expense recording and monthly provisioning. Assess the quality of managerial accounting entries (accounts and cost centers). Calculate contractual penalties associated with premature termination of bulk and packaged contracts. Register judicial notifications received by the company per pre-established procedure. Prepare documentation supporting judicial proceedings. Act as legal representative when requested. Visit warehouses to thoroughly verify process compliance per policies and procedures. Manage material inventory, performing receipt and dispatch of materials at the warehouse. Inspect, identify, and store received materials. Generate procurement needs—replenishing inventory while tracking process lead times. Organize warehouse layout. Reconcile material accounts held by third parties. Comply with instructions and standards outlined in the ISO Quality Management System, performing quality inspections on Class A items. Conduct material inventory—including tanks—per current policy. Identify assets (including asset identification plates). Control inventory and movement of P190 tanks.
