Our job openings are also valid for persons with disabilities (PCD). \#MedSênior \#jobs \#hiring \#opportunities \#technology \#health \#hiring **Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Plan, organize, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate all assistance activities within the department. * Ensure achievement of established goals and objectives by engaging the team in delivering results. * Monitor and control team and process performance, implementing actions that guarantee expected outcomes and improvement plans through indicator analysis. * Continuously monitor performance indicators, preparing monthly result reports for presentation to senior management. * Control unit costs, acting to rationalize them and ensure alignment with the approved budget, thereby contributing to the company’s financial stability. * Oversee people management routines for the department, including recruitment, internal promotions, timekeeping closure, vacation scheduling, employee offboarding, shift planning, and others. * Participate in institutional projects aligned with continuous process improvement, cost reduction, and service quality initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with active COREN registration. * Postgraduate degree in Health Management or a related field is desirable. * 6–8 years of experience in operational and assistance management within the health sector is desirable. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and clinical/operational performance indicators. * Knowledge of clinical processes, nursing protocols, and healthcare quality standards. * Experience in shift management, team development, and continuous process improvement. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional information** * Benefits: Meal voucher, Health and Dental insurance, Gympass, Birthday leave, Psychological support, and Transportation allowance.
